We thoroughly enjoyed the venue and its great and stunning setting. And it was cool to be a few minutes from the beach.

Peaceful and stunning location just next door to beaches and Balcon de Europ as well as the outskirts of town, everything fine. The staff - very friendly and responsive. Nearby Nando's is a plus.

No complaints whatsoever, did not want to leave. The experience was very very good from start to finish. Satisfied with balcony, fridge and the facilities available. The location was marvellous, relatively close to a Granary square.

I stayed for 14 nights and it was very good! The staff was friendly and excellent, I greatly enjoyed that. It was great and absolutely perfect close to the shops & cafés.

I stayed at this hotel and got a great value for my money. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel safe as a solo traveler.

The convenience to the town centre and the price

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was REALLY COMFORTABLE.

The location of the apartments was fantastic, with Torrecilla beach just a short walk away. We loved being so close to the beach and having easy access to restaurants and shops. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels provided. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking.

The lack of facilities that were advertised but not available.

I stayed at the Mediterraneo for 6 nights (6-12 May 2012). As a last-minute booking at 30 euros a night, it was a very pleasant surprise. It's less than a 5-minute amble from the Torrecilla beach, and a pleasant 10-minute stroll into the centre of Nerja. Good and cheap local restaurants, two decent supermarkets meant it was a very good choice for me. It has a small pool, which could get crowded in summer, but it looked clean. However, I wouldn't want to pay more than 60 euros per night high season for the Mediterraneo; that would be too expensive for what is has to offer.

My main complaint is the kitchen equipment was very basic in my room: no coffee maker of any kind! Also, the TV only tuned into one channel - it was in English but I'm not keen on kid's cartoons! However, they were not major. Also, at 12 euros per night, the underground parking is pricey and there's not much available on-street parking nearby, although it's possible.

Nice base for travelling to Nerja and sightseeing. Very friendly and responsive staff. Good sized room, provided with great balcony to watch the sunset and fridge plus the facilities. Btw, located by everything you could need.
